Cancellation & Refund Policy
To cancel your tour, please contact us by phone or email.
- Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if the cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
- No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for cancellation requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date.
- You are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location on time. The pickup vehicle may wait for a few minutes; however, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. TourBeez will confirm your pickup time and location by email.
- If, for any reason, TourBeez cancels the tour due to inclement weather, operational reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your original payment method or another applicable method of payment.
- This group tour requires a minimum number of travellers to operate. If the minimum number of travellers is not met and TourBeez cancels the tour, you will receive a FULL REFUND.
- Changes to a booking requested less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.
- All cancellation and change cut-off times are based on the local time of the tour experience (Eastern Time).
- By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation, refund, and booking terms outlined above.
