Cancellation & Refund Policy
Feel free to call or email TourBeez to modify or cancel your Markham to Niagara Falls Large Group Private Tour. We offer an 80% refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour, a 50% refund of the total booking fee (including tax) will be issued.
Please ensure you arrive on time for the Markham to Niagara Falls Day Tour. If you arrive late or miss the tour, no refund will be provided. Our pickup vehicle will wait briefly, and we’ll email you the pickup time and location in advance.
In the event of poor weather or unforeseen circumstances causing the cancellation of a Day Tour, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible, credited to your card or other payment method used.
You can reschedule your small group Day Tour to another date free of charge, provided the change is made within 24 hours of booking.
You may also upgrade to a larger vehicle by paying the difference in vehicle cost—no processing fees apply. Rescheduling will follow the original booking’s cancellation policy based on the initial purchase time and activity date. If you downgrade to a less expensive tour, we’ll refund the difference to your credit card.
Though bus or vehicle breakdowns are rare, we will make every effort to continue the tour by dispatching a replacement vehicle. However, no refund will be issued for delays or vehicle changes. If the tour is cancelled due to a breakdown, we will provide a full refund.
