Cancellation & Refund Policy
To change a Hamilton To Niagara Falls Small Group Private Tour date or cancel the tour, please call or email TourBeez. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel. If a private tour is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead, NO REFUND will be provided.
- You are responsible for arriving on time to your Private Tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. TourBeez will specify your pickup time and location through email.
- If, for any reason your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other method of payment as applicable.
- Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, however must be done within 24 hours of booking.
- To switch your Private tour to a larger vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation policy is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience. If you are switching to a less expensive Private Tour, TourBeez will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare event of a bus/vehicle breakdown all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up.) NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or change in passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown TourBeez will be provide a full refund.

Booking and Payment Policy – Niagara Falls Tour Experience
This tour product is available on request and is subject to availability. Upon submission of your booking request, our team will promptly verify availability and confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
Book Now, Pay Later Option:
Customers have the option to choose 'Book Now, Pay Later' during the reservation process. Under this option, no immediate payment is required at the time of booking. However, full payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided one week before the tour date upon confirmation of the booking by the tour operator.
Exceptions:
Please be advised that the Book Now, Pay Later option is not available for bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date. In such cases, full payment is required at the time of booking.
