Free pick up from anywhere in the Hamilton area. The tour is conducted in small groups. 1 hour (60 minutes) drive from Hamilton to Niagara Falls.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To change or cancel the TourBeez tour dates, please call or email us.
- Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.
- If the tour is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, NO REFUND will be provided.
- You are responsible for arriving on time for your TourBeez tour. The pickup vehicle will usually wait for a few minutes; however, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. TourBeez will specify your pickup time and location through email.
- If, for any reason, your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other applicable method of payment.
- Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
- To switch your tour from one tour to another, including a custom tour or vice versa, you will need to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy will apply based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.
- If you are switching to a less expensive tour, TourBeez will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up). NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or changes in the passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, TourBeez will provide a full refund.
- The cut-off times for cancellations and changes are based on the local time of the experience (Eastern Standard Time).

Tour Participation, Itinerary & Waiting Time Disclaimer
By booking and participating in this shared group tour, you acknowledge and agree that the itinerary may include optional add-on experiences selected by some guests and not others. As a result, brief waiting periods may occur at certain attractions while add-on experiences are completed.
Guests who have not pre-purchased add-ons may also choose to purchase them on-site, which may result in minor delays or adjustments to the tour schedule. All such waiting times and schedule variations are considered normal and inherent to shared group tour operations.
Please note that the tour itinerary, sequence of stops, timings, and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements, traffic conditions, weather, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Accordingly, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or compensation shall be provided for any waiting time, perceived delays, or itinerary changes or adjustments arising from the above circumstances.
Booking and Payment Policy – Niagara Falls Tour Experience
This tour product is available on request and is subject to availability. Upon submission of your booking request, our team will promptly verify availability and confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
Book Now, Pay Later Option:
Customers have the option to choose 'Book Now, Pay Later' during the reservation process. Under this option, no immediate payment is required at the time of booking. However, full payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided one week before the tour date upon the tour operator's confirmation of the booking.
Pay Now, Save More Option:
Customers can select the “Pay Now, Save More” option during the reservation process to receive an additional discount on the regular price.
Please be advised that the Book Now, Pay Later and Pay Now, Save More option is not available for bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date. In such cases, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Customers are entitled to a full refund if the confirmed booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
By proceeding with the booking, you expressly accept these conditions as part of the tour experience.
***This group tour requires a minimum number of travellers. If this requirement is not met, you will be given the option to reschedule for a different date, choose a different tour, or receive a full refund.
