Grouse Mountain is Vancouver’s most popular year-round natural attraction, just 15 minutes from downtown. Ride the famous Skyride or the new Blue Grouse Gondola to reach the alpine environment and enjoy stunning views. A variety of outdoor adventures, cultural shows, and learning activities are offered throughout the year at an additional cost.
The Mountaintop Chalet is available all year. It features a variety of dining choices, the Theatre in the Sky, and a couple of gift shops where you can purchase clothes and souvenirs. Please note that you are responsible for purchasing all the above items at your own expense.
During winter, you can pay to explore the Light Walk with its dazzling displays, slide down the hills at the Sliding Zone, skate on the outdoor pond, try snowshoeing, and more. In summer, you may visit the grizzly bear habitat, watch the Birds in Motion show, ride the Peak Chairlift, or add extra activities like the Mountain Ropes and Ziplines for a fee.
Check the "Today on Grouse" section on Grousemountain.com to see which activities are available daily. Keep in mind that most outdoor activities at Grouse Mountain run only in certain seasons.
