Morning Departure: Morandi & Veditalia - Bus Stop will be your meeting point. Meet your tour coordinator over there. Your tour guide will bid you greetings and recognise him holding a sign with a tour name. This will let you find your bus and aboard it to start your journey.
Stop 1: Como, Italy Land on the beautiful town of Como, your foremost destination of this scenic tour. Stroll along the streets, visiting the shops at your pace. Make this walking tour more informative.
Lake Como Boat Cruise Soon after city exploration, board a 1-hour boat cruise on beautiful Lake Como. Look around the picturesque views of the lake and the villages. Reach Bellagio and discover the place in the ample of time.
Stop 2: Bellagio Soon arriving at Bellagio, your free time starts. The place is called the ''Pearl of Lake Como'' with full of charming streets, have delicious lunch local eateries, spend quality time with hot beverage at cafe overlooking the lake. Return Boat Ride and Bus to Lugano Once everything done at Bellagio, you will return back taking a short boat ride to reach the landscape. Aboard our cozy bus to cross the border into Switzerland.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To change or cancel the TourBeez tour dates, please call or email us.
- Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.
- If the tour is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, NO REFUND will be provided.
- You are responsible for arriving on time for your TourBeez tour. The pickup vehicle will usually wait for a few minutes; however, if you arrive late and miss the tour, NO REFUND will be provided. TourBeez will specify your pickup time and location through email.
- If, for any reason, your tour is cancelled (due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible and receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other applicable method of payment.
- Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge.
- To switch your tour from one tour to another, including a custom tour or vice versa, you will need to pay the difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees. If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy will apply based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.
- If you are switching to a less expensive tour, TourBeez will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up). NO REFUND will be provided for any time lost on the tour or changes in the passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, TourBeez will provide a full refund.
- The cut-off times for cancellations and changes are based on the local time of the experience (Eastern Standard Time).

Booking and Payment Policy – Niagara Falls Tour Experience
This tour product is available on request and is subject to availability. Upon submission of your booking request, our team will promptly verify availability and confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
Book Now, Pay Later Option:
Customers have the option to choose 'Book Now, Pay Later' during the reservation process. Under this option, no immediate payment is required at the time of booking. However, full payment will be automatically charged to the payment method provided one week before the tour date upon confirmation of the booking by the tour operator.
Exceptions:
Please be advised that the Book Now, Pay Later option is not available for bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the scheduled tour date. In such cases, full payment is required at the time of booking.
